hey, could you guys explain to me exactly how to run a clip on mic (an audio technica pro 35) into a bass amp to amplify my upright? It comes with a phantom power module, but do i go mic > phantom power module > phantom power supply > impedance transformer > amp? or do i need a mic preamp? and if so, how do i use the preamp (do i still need the power supply, do i still need the transformer, etc.)? if someone could explain this to me and specify exactly what the signal chain needs to be, i would appreciate it. thanks!

You can get a dedicated mic preamp which sends phantom power. I use either a HEadway EDB-1 or a JoeMeek 3Q with my ATM 350. They also have a high impedance input for a piezo pickup if its a loud stage or if I want to mix it in.
So the signal chain is simply Mic --> Pre ---> Amp.
