Audition issues

I think of it as a job interview. Initially I' m interested for one reason or another (pay increase, career advancement , better environment,etc.). But when I go in, it's as much an audition for them as it is for me. It has to be a mutual agreement.
 
I had an audition about 4 days ago and I thought it went well, but I've heard nothing from them. I guess it's safe to say that I didn't pass the audition.

Call or text or email and ask if they've decided yet. If they tell you that you didn't get it ask why then listen, their reasons will at least have some truths. As a lot of people have said, chemistry works into the equation depending on the level of talent.

Well, they did say that they were going to audition one more person next week. I will let them know.
