B:Assmaster Help?!!

well i got my B:assmaster a few months ago (traded in my Ampeg Scrambler and my Messdrive Hybrid+ for it - altho both pedals are pretty amazing in their own right, i just thought i needed a B:assmaster)

the problem is that when i have the Harm and Ass switches to the right, its just a clean tone, which im pretty sure is not how its meant to be (Malekko's website has soundclips in that position)
i mean the pedal works as it should in all other respects, just not that setting, i got it at Vintage & Rare in Denmark Street, london. and they said if theres any problems, just bring it back, but i dont know if this really counts as a problem?
could anyone enlighten me as to whether i need to get it fixed/replaced or just leave it alone.
is the 'two switches to the right' an often used setting for anyone?

thanks

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh yessssssss, however i took them out, maybe thats y it lost its mojo,

if i sell my B:assmaster, i think im gonna get the Germanium one with the expression pedal, altho im selling the B:assmaster coz i get worried about having it on my board at gigs coz i reckon if neone actually knows what it is, they'll nick it (it cost me £185, well thats what they were selling it for) and that plus my Bass mycro synth and my VTbass = lots of money, if i do get rid of it, and dont get the Germ one, i might get the Guyatone TZ-2 'The Fuzz' from their description it has a similar octavia sound,

urgh
i spend too much
