I recommend a change in diet. Increase your intake of neutral digestible fibre, whilst reducing your total metabolisable energy - you could achieve this by increasing your soy ration and steer away from molasses additives. This would have the added bonus of increasing your protein intake.
Also try a little more excercise - get out of your farrowing crate more often.

You seem pretty ready to slag down a lot of folks before you have even found a teacher. Here's a word to look up for your youthful vocabulary: philistine.
I respectfully suggest that you may do better to put your energies into finding a pro teacher first, then worry later about what they aren't giving you, the value (or not) of marijuana, chiropractic, sun spot activity, acupuncture, etc. Just my 2c...
