I also have to vote for the Fender rumble combos. I had a Rumble V3 15watt practice amp a few years ago and it was plenty loud enough for what you want. It also had the aux. input and headphone output. Can't go wrong for under $100.

Try something like the 'mini PA' QTX QR10PA. Cost about £150
Super small, light, plenty of volume and good battery life... the wireless mic it comes with is garbage, but it's a good all-purpose busking portable amp. I have had one for 3-4 years now. I also have a small 4 channel battery operated mixer (cost about £20) which I've used to allow more instruments through it.

Anything else is pretty much a compromise on sound, volume, tone or several of those.

It’s the Martin ABG. FOrget the model. If I’m by myself it’s fine, if I use it to play along to albums it’s ok as long as I keep the music volume low.

I do a jazz gig with electric guitar keys and sax at low volume with a 10 watt amp and a 8” speaker, with headroom to spare. I use a $100 Warwick BC-10 and it has plenty of bass. If anything it could use a bit more high end. I also have a Genz Benz shuttle with a 10”. But the 8 works fine and sounds good, so I dig it.

Those 5" speakers are just beyond conventional logic. I'm a little surprised for the first couple notes every day. The cub doesn't have a passive LF radiator like the double four & 200w briefcase. If I where you I would go for the double four. Or little mark on the other hand is louder but didn't have the low end. From what I remember.

If you want battery power and enough volume for busking. Roland Cube Street EX or KC110
Too bad you have a 25 pound weight requirement. This would work perfect for your ABG, but it's closer to 40 pounds. It's 80 watts and sounds fantastic with bass. I've got it listed here in the classifieds.
I have a rumble 25 for a practice amp. It makes sound, and that's all I really wanted it for. I usually keep the volume about as low as it'll go too.
Yeah because it sounds great for everything. You said you were just going outside. Why the weight issue?

Acoustic Image Contra combo will get you there. My Dad has mine (uses it with his '51 Kay) but I often use this A/I Clarus 2 with a BagEnd S 10-D for just that kind of jam.

I'll cast another vote for the small GK or Fender Rumble combos. I've gigged them both and like them both and, while not perfect, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Do you really need to spend 200% more money to get 10% better sound?
