heres my question. i have to go straight to a rehearsal after work, so im planning on loading up the car, going to work, and meeting everyone at the rehearsal space..but since its around 85+ degrees out, i was wondering if leaving my stuff in the hott car for several hours could possibly damage anything? i know its not good for my bass, but i dont care its my backup. i have my cabinet in the trunk, and my LMII head in a backpack in the front seat. it can get really hott in that car when left for 4+ hours in a parking lot..

should i not do this, or should it be fine?

its parked in a supermarket parking lot, along with a dunkin donuts and lotto store..

hopefully i can get my bass into the trunk with the cabinet, so all anyone will see is a backpack..then again, my guitarist who lives in the same neighborhood always has his fender deville and atleast 1 guitar sitting on his backseat..

anyway, atleast i know the heat wont hurt it.

If its parked in a shopping market parking lot where there is a Dunkin Donuts shop then there will be plenty of cops around so I wouldnt sweat it getting broke into! JMO!
