Bad Monkey or Joyo JF-02

No experience with the Joyo, but the Bad Monkey, I've had for a brief period. Sounded good, but too subtle to my ears. There are some modded versions for bass popping up from time to time in the ads and to me they sound way better. As mentionned in my other post, the MojoMojo is good on bass and not expensive.

Both are well liked here and I've played both but never felt I was truly getting the same low end out that I put in.

On a budget I'm currently enjoying the Mosky B-Box (which is similar to the bad monkey as they are both based on the tube screamer circuit with a 2-band EQ), the TC Electronic Spark Booster ( pretty versatile and can get a heavy overdrive out of it along with a 3-positon switch which impacts the low end and mids) and the TC Electronic Mojo Mojo (it is quite similar to the Spark but is darker and holds the lows better at less extreme EQ settings as well as being able to get really clean to really dirty).
I've also heard excellent things about the Mosky MM Silver Overdrive which is a clone of the Paul Cochrane Timmy apparently
