Feeling pumped - we've moved to much better digs, got a drummer working on material(praying) in anticipation of him trying out next weekend. Guitarist tells me he might have hooked up with a singer - can you actually audition 2 people on same day? I'd say I'm too old for this **** but man am I feeling energized.

It has been a whirl-wind week, and particularly day. It started gently today - coffee and TBOT. Then I got a call that I was getting a motorcycle delivered(surprise!). Wife wanted us to work in the garden, I needed to go move band gear from 30 miles away. Somehow I did it all: 2 hours with her(she was beat, blond girls can't take the heat), did the drive in record time and me and guitarist loaded the last of our gear into my car(2003 Caddy BOAT-deville). I got home about 20 minutes before the guy brought the bike - I had already unloaded the car. I am now gently loading the Lurch in 12 oz. increments - I think he deserves it today. The main hallway of our house is full of pedal-boards, cabs, heads and stuff. I couldn't be happier.

I was really sweating that the guitarist might "cling" to the old digs - it was close(for him), it was convenient -IT SUCKED A BIG ONE!!! Smelly, dodgy electrical, no air, virtually no heat, hardly enough room to swing half a cat (sorry Hoggz). I have prepared a kick-a place. It's been almost 2 years since I had a band here - 23 months too long imo. I'll post pics of the studio and the band side of this tomorrow, I have given 99.99%+.

But yeah, I am getting silly-sloshed . . .wife went to a grad party for some chicklet I've never met. MAybe if I'm lucky she'll bring home some chicken wings or such. But maybe I should just heat some frozen burritos. A monster has needs.

He likes swinging cats (sorry again Hoggz).
Darn tooten!! There needs to be enough room to swing a really big tabby cat, by the tip of it's tail, without it ever touching a wall. Don't HURT the pussycat - that is a cardinal rule for all ethical, cat-swinging bass players.

And room for a bulldog to jump for joy at the spinning cat!
