Band Website

Edit:
I did some more fooling around and I think I may have gotten it to work. It should center on your browser now.

Glad that technique works.
I looked at the site with Safari for iPhone and it looks quite nice.
Also checked with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome and it looks great.

The only issue I noticed was that on shorter pages (Merch, Shows, and Music), there is a section at the bottom that does not match colors with the background.
I am using a 2560x1440 screen, so you may not have noticed that in your testing.
Not sure what is going on, I looked at screen.css and your gradients seem to be fine.

I like the idea. You are obviously going for a look, and I think that it's awesome.

Not to be a pooper or anything, but my only criticism would be that I think I'd like to see a picture of the band and a brief discription of what you are on the home page.

There's the title, which you have, then IMO there should be a brief description, like "Live Classic Rock and Contemporary Country" (or whatever it is you do - it doesn't quite say, which is my point. It doesn't even say you're a band) then a picture. Live or posed, of the band.

Other than that, I like the logo and the font and everything.

Yeah, I can't seem to see what you're seeing with the color issues. I can't remember what my personal computer screen resolution is. By the way Hactar, you've been extremely helpful and thorough. I wasn't really expecting that from anyone and I really appreciate it.

If I can, I'll try and post pics of what I'm talking about. It's tough to describe.
About the helpful bit, I'm in the process of developing a website myself and am completely self-taught, so looking at other people's code teaches me a lot.:bassist:
And I'm a solid geek, through and through. :p

EDIT:
Ok, attempted to post pic. What I was referring to is the darker grey space at the base of the page. I believe it is your body color, and I think if you match it to the end of your gradient, it will look fantastic. Just a minor quibble however.

+1 to the few above who suggested adding pictures. The site looks really nice and is simple to navigate. I found the font to be a little strange, but still cool though. May I ask what service you used to create the site?

I do my hosting through JustHost.com and I built the site in NetBeans. Very happy with both services.

Once again, thanks everyone for all of your feedback. The site is now much better than it was thanks to you all, photos notwithstanding. As soon as I can convince the band to sit still for a photographer for a few hours I'll be in good shape. :bassist:
