Do you mean when you're pretending, or when you literally hit someone?
If I'm pretending, it's just a sound like a boxing glove hitting a face. If I'm really hitting someone, it's more like: "D*mmit! My hand!"

Flaaaaang boop, flapada flapada flapada, boooing, bing bing bing bing, whhhoooola pipa dipada diddle swhooosha clop.
Sometimes the clop is inaudible from my fist breaking the sound barrier.
