Barefaced Super 15 Arrived Today

So my BF Super 15 arrived this morning and wow what a cab.

Fit and finish is superb, the paint job looks alot like tolex and seems pretty durable.

Very light for a bass cab plus the added benefit of tiltback casters so moving it around should be a breeze.

Just had a couple of hours noodling around running my Stingray into a shuttlemax 9.2.The sound is huge and only going to get better as the drivers break in.

Got a rehearsal on sunday so should be able to give it a better review after that but for now i just wanted to say thanks to BFM,KJung and everybody else who steered me towards these cabs when i first posted about needing something to replace my 410HLF and to Alex and all at Barefaced who took the time to make sure i got the right cab for the job.

Very Happy :)

Nice! Pics please! I bet that cab design paired with the Max 9.2 is killer. That variable low frequency 'filter' type control on that amp, combined with lots of control on the upper mids and treble should really make that cab punch or growl or grind... whatever you want.

Very cool cab spec!

Very Cool ... here's a placeholder ... maaan... only 49 pounds!
My Berg AE210 weighs only 9 pounds less.

Congrats, Im really liking my Dubster.

Makes me smile that I can carry a 2x15 cab into a pub for a gig in one hand!!!!

I would get rid of the wife before I get rid of my Super Twelve ;)
These Barefaced cabs are the business, mine has replaced a 2x2x12 rig without even breaking into a sweat, it has made my Ampeg PF500 sound incredible, I hear things from the amp that I did not before, I love the practicality of it, a very light and powerful cab :D

Simply brilliant :D

Sharp! I bet that cab punches and grinds with that Max 9.2 and that bass. I will open up nicely down low after a few hours also, based on my experience with other cabs with those particular drivers. And, it will take a nice dose of low end boost from that LF filter if you need it/want it in some rooms.

Enjoy!!!!!

Hoping to get it sufficiently broken in for sunday so i can experiment with the amp and really put it through it's paces

Wow! That's a 2x15" ??? & ported! Eeeek! I thought the NV215 was compact

It's funny because when it was still in the packaging it looked massive. But yeah,it's a 2x15, very compact and only 22 kgs :D
