Bargain 6 String Bagged!

Brand new ibanez SR-506 with a hard card - £399 - looking on the net they usually £430 - £490. The shop I got it from had got it in stock like 6 months ago however nobody ever showed intrest in it (apart from me a few times) - Went in yesteday it was on sale for £450 - I offered £399, the guy wanted to get rid of it so bad that he said if I paid him in cash there and then he'd give me a free hard case to boot...

That is a good deal....
I went looking last year t buy a new bass and there seems to be so much less choice in buying a new bass than there used to be, particularly VIs. In Birmingham (UK) the closest big city the branch of The Bass Centre had disappeared and Sound Control which used to have a massive range of basses had a few museum pieces and were trying to flog of a load of Line 6 - Variax basses. It was incredibly depressing. It seems that ebay has killed off the market for good second hand basses, and VIs seem to be out of fashion again...

Yeah i love its sound, I always wanted a 6 string but always found excuses like "ahhh i dont REALLY need it" and "i'd probabaly never be able to play it" but im so glad i got it now
