Bartolini active/passive push/pull: No passive tone control??

How can I add a passive tone control to this set-up?

NBD: I think this is the preamp

It should say right on the side of the preamp box what pre it is.
Here is the passive tone knob from bartolini.

I think there is a wiring diagram also.
Same thing with the one I just set up. I turned preamp oiff, and no tone control. However, after a couple of days I really started digging their dark complexity sound. If I need treble, I can just boost it on my amp.
Right now the jury is out for me whether or not to keep the bart preamp. Its awesome! ButI like the simplicity of passive, and the pickups sound the same in passive as in active(when set flat).

Anyway, how do you like it? How are the pickups?

I like it. The pickups are quiet when soloed. No neck dive. Not as heavy as I thought. It needs some neck relief a as NY is different than AZ. I need the right Allen key as mine have too long an "elbow" to fit.

Since most of my playing is in passive, I would like to solve this puzzle.

That's pretty cool that you're putting a bartolini preamp in your bass. I plan to get one myself for one of my basses. I plan to get the ntmb preamp. I also plan to get bartolini pickups. I was inspired by a couple youtube clips on those pickups and preamps and I am immediately impressed with the sound quality. they sound killer. I would like to buy those pickups and preamps.

We should make some videos of our Bart's. I can't wait. Maybe next week sometime
