Bartolini Mk1 stopped working

I have an Ibanez Portamento, srf I think. 2 Bartolini Mk1 and a bridge piezo.
Had it for 2-3 years, studio use only, very few hours use.
Went to record, and the Bartolini were silent, changed the battery, same.
Piezo works fine.
Any ideas?
