Bartolini Pickups for the Fretless Brice?

I don't think Bartolini makes an exact match for the dimensions (1 3/8" x 4 3/8") that are on the website.

This size falls pretty much halfway between the "P2" shape (1 1/4" x 4 1/4") and the "M5" shape (1 1/2" x 4 1/2"). Using the former would leave a 1/16" larger gap between the pickup and the existing route, and then you'd be limited to only the "deep tone" models. Using the latter would probably require the routes to be enlarged slightly, but you would have more choices in this size.

The Bartolini MK6CBC also comes very close at 4.25x1.33 (vs. the original 4.375 x 1.375). The long measurement only leave a 1/16" gap and the narrow measurement only leaves an extra 2.1 hundredths of an inch per side--not really noticeable.

I put a pair of the 4-string version of this in a Cort fretless and they were marvelous--I couldn't have wanted more. I also put in the Bart matching preamp, which is a full harness complete with pots and jacks. Easily worth the money for the increased versatility, amp matching, and tone shaping.
