Bartolini Pickups in Warwick Corvette - help

I want to replace my original pickups in my Warwick Corvette from 2008 (which has a push/pull volume knob) for Bartolini Pickups.

Could anyone tell me which ones I need, if I need a new pot and where to get them from?

Also if any other pickups are more recommended to put in my Warwick Corvette other than Bartolinis, then let me know!

There is only one model that will work due to the string spacing. It is a single coil classic bass model and not hum cancelling. I would be more inclined to get custom pickups from nordstrand.

Will Nordstrand or Delano give me the bridge growl/honk/ general chrunchiness that gospel players typically get?

The Delanos sound good and I've been reading some good reviews on them. I have sent an email to Bartolini, Delano & Nordstrand, hopefully I'll get a solution first, maybe I need to take out my active/passive pots first and use a passive one? Dunno, I'm sure I'll find out...

Awesome, love it! I got a message from Nordstrand recommending either a NJ4 or NJ4SV pickup.The guy said that the NJ4SE is aggressive but awesome. Does anyone have any experience of these pickups?

Well the SE is a dual coil hum cancelling pickup. However, due to the tight string spacing of your Warwick, they may not work. I would shoot Carey an email or message on here and see. The NJ4 is a normal single coil like any other Jazz Bass pickup. Both have options with coil wire gauge and magnet material that can tune the tone to your liking.

Also, the SE has a more sweet top end and a more pronounced low mid growl. They would be my choice.

Just realised I forgot to mention my bass is a 5 string :S Can't use these Nordstrand pickups, need to look at the 5's.

Nordstrand makes all of their 4 string models in 5's as well.
