if it has a "power amp in", then maybe, but at 150 watts/side it's pretty weak for PA.
you could however bridge it mono, at which point, 500 watts at 4 ohms would be OK for a pair of speakers on sticks in a bar.
again, you would want a "power amp in" or at least an "effects return", so you could run your mixer's output straight into the power amp, bypassing the bass amp's preamp and EQ sections.
