bass amp?????

i'm looking for a good/cheap bass combo, or bass half stack

i want one that will sound good in my "deathcore" band
and im also on a low budget, so it has to be cheap

p.s. please dont say look for a used one, because im just trying to find some good models right now

On the amp side of things I am trying to decide between a Hartke LH1000 $649.00 (they have a LH500 too for less $) and an Eden Nemesis RS700 at $689.00.

There is a thread here in 'amps' with some good informative reviews of the Hartke LH amps. Could be a possibility for you.

But then you'll still need speakers at that point. The above numbers may already busting your budget, but even 1/2 decent reliable bass gear ain't all that cheap.

If you're looking for a good affordable bass combo, I would recommend hartke bass combos. the a100 and the kickback 12 can handle low b strings very well if you own a 5-string bass.
