I consider a very good introduction to this pedal because you see what settings are used for each sound.

I liked the slap tone, the one you like and the last one, the last one is a very good djent/nu-metal tone (Darkglass type brutal dist). Thanks for posting this.
The tones with engaged crossover are superior, IMO.
I like the second last one the best (the One with HPF and LPF at 300 Hz)

Knob spacing isn't as tight as the DP-3X (dUg Pinnick signature pedal)! I agree that the XB is a bit tight with all those knobs and switches, but I definitely wouldn't want the pedal to be any larger. Also, I'm an old-school analog guy... not interested in digital FX where you have to wade thru menus and/or use a phone app.Sure sounds great, I’ve never heard him get a bad sound out of any bass or pedal. Knobs look a bit tightly spaced. I am still interested in it. May need to check one out.
When it comes to overdrive and bass preamps, I am the same way. Also, I'm an old-school analog guy... not interested in digital FX where you have to wade thru menus and/or use a phone app.
