Bass Cab is making weird static noise. HELP!

Hey all, my bass cab just started making a really weird static noise while practicing tonight. It's a Darkglass DG210 cab with a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 Amp. The static happens when nothing is plugged in and the amp is on so not my bass. The noise volume also changes when I turn the master up or down.
Thanks, Dan

EDIT
Just tried it with headphones, it's definitely the head, anyone have any leads on what it could be?

Measure for DC on the output of the amp.

The static you hear when rotating the master control may mean there is DC leaking through it and on to the output of the amp.

Ping @agedhorse as he designed the amp and will be far more able to help you with your issue.
