I did some filming for a friend and some of my payment consisted of a bass cab,I like 2/10 cabs and stack a pair of Hartkes for the 4/10 sound I like.well this guy gives me a peavey cab with 2 black widow speakers but there is a opening above wher it looks like maybe there was a horn, also on the bottom there is a hole for mounting on a pole.I took out the 2 black widow speakers and put them in my Hartke cab because the speakers have been pushed hard for 12 years now and are starting to go.I plan to recone or whatever to the Hartke aluminum speakers and put them in the Peavey cabinet,I want to get a beaten amp with blown speakers and put the powere head wher the what I guess horn used to be and make this a combo amp for practice the cabinet says peavey 210 HP.what is this cab?anyone know? I would guess basss amp but the idea of a horn leaves me unsure.I know with the 2 aluminum speakers and the Fender head in the horn hole this should be a great combo amp.Does anyone out there know about this particular Peavey?

You could post this on a peavey forum, but iirc the 210HP was a small powered PA cabinet with 2 x10" bws and a horn loaded tweeter with a passive crossover. I think those should be the same BW 10s that would be in an 1810 Bass cab.

Sounds like they removed the amplifier piece and horn and you have the cabinet and BWs. Those drivers are pretty good, but I don't think that cab would be worth anything unless it was complete with the power amp, even then maybe $150?
