Double Bass Bass endpin

Maybe easy. There are many different types and styles of endpins. If it’s a solid steel endpin you can just file a little flat part for the set screw to catch on, if it’s a hollow carbon fiber that approach would be ruinous. Depends on what type you’re working with.
 
The easiest and cheapest way to take care of it immediately is to visit the plumbing section of the hardware store and look at pipe clamps and collars. There are better ways to address it, but that solves the problem now and cheaply.
