Bass extender key

Hi everyone
I´m looking for an extender key to my old G&L Climaxbass, so i go from the E to the low D.
Does any of you guys know where i can buy such an extender key?
I´m from Denmark, Europe, so if theres anyone who know some shops in Europe it would be great.

If you find a shop in DK that sells Hipshot tuners they can probably order you one...

The BT1 fits current G&Ls (although i had to drill a couple of new screw holes).
