+1 on the voodoo labs trem. just sold mine as i wasn't using it, but it was a great, versatile trem, no bass loss.

Bass Friendly Tremolo?

I use the Seymour Duncan because of the tap tempo. I think tap tempo is a must for tremolo on bass. IMO
Red Witch Pentavocal Tremolo <3 Very versatile, able to switch between sine and square wave tremolo and it can also act as a boost with the depth backed off and the volume maxed. I f-cking love it!
I loved the clips of the EBS TremoLO (filter mode - wow)
I played an old Roland Phase5 phaser for awhile a few years back which had a touch sensitive speed control, which was incredibly useful. Ramp up and down leslie effect with aggressiveness.
I know that Pigtronix' Tremvelope does that, and I'm guessing that if you spoke to Dave Koltai he could mod the filter into that unit for you if that were attractive to you.

To be honest, if all you need is relatively simple functionality inexpensive ones from Danelectro and Behringer do the job quite fine. This is one pedal I wouldn't be spending mucho bucks on for bass. You can always buy a couple, try them out with your own rig at your leisure and return the ones you don't want. All you're out is return postage. Most places have a 30 or 45 day trial period. Of course they need to be returned in mint.

Since I've been looking around for a trem and we don't need a new thread, I'll drop this here. I've been looking at the Rocktron Pulse tremolo and the Joyo Tremolo. I'm sure either will be fine for my use and both are under $80. Anyone have any experience with either ? Build quality, sound quality, etc. I want to use it with a BMS and a delay for a choppy / pulsing, spacey intro / outtro
