If you plug two 8ohm cabs into a head with two inputs(one cab in each input) how many watts is the head puttin out into each speaker. Its 8ohm load or its 4 ohm load?

Well it's a 4ohm load, but not sure what kind of amp you have so more info is needed. Two 4ohm cabs is 2ohms.

I have a Gk backline 250, i just dont get if havin 2 cabs in two sperate inputs on the head makes it a 4 ohm load or not

Yes, it will be a 4 ohm load with two cabs in two jacks (or 2 cabs daisy chained, it does not matter).
