[Bugspray]

Saw this old photo of Split Enz and I can't identify the bass. Anyone have any ideas? Unfortunately the logo was cut out of the pic.

Looks like a Gibson of the 80's Ripper / Grabber / G3 lineage, can't really tell which it was before it was mangled (bridge, pickup, controls all replaced). That's my bet.

Has a lot of similarities to a Victory but not with that 2-2 headstock.

I'm going with some kind of custom one off or very low production from a long out of business maker.
