I'm not sure... It's a photo from the late '60Body and headstock remind me of a Spector Rex.....
You're totally right ! Thank you so much.It looks like a Gibson EB-1.
I reckon that's exactly what we're looking at:If its a photo of Felix Peppalardi....Its his Eb1
Is that Felix Pappalardi? If so it's probably a Gibson EB-1/EB-0Hi everyone,
Could you help me to find the ID of the bass in the photo ?
Thank you so much,
Luca
Holy crap. You're like the Yoda of TB. I have no idea how you sussed that out, but I am impressed! I have been playing Mississippi Queen for the fun of it (it is kind of a fun, riffy bass part) but I would never have landed on Mountain from this image.Perfect fit for your "Mountain" tribute band.

I’m full of all sorts of worthless knowledge. Learn “Theme for an Imaginary Western” and “Never In My Life”.Holy crap. You're like the Yoda of TB. Just had a look at the prices... So expensive![]()
Judging by the replaced tuners in the video I posted and the one's in @LucaF's pic, it is indeed Pappalardi. I've only played an EB-1 once, in a shop in London. The two things that struck me were a) the little banjo tuners weren't holding pitch very well, and b) it was face-meltingly expensive compared to an EB-O, without offering any functional advantage. Is that Felix Pappalardi? If so it's probably a Gibson EB-1/EB-0
