There is a company, of which i completely forget the name, who make basses, which are like the ernie ball stingray, but cheaper, they're made by ernie ball still though, anybody know the name?

i think it starts with an o

That's out of date. Sterling Ball himself has mentioned that they have opted not to renew the contract with OLP.
