This is not a very nice thing which you would never say in polite company. Even among friends, you will lose respect if you say this.
The Hard Bass refers to a a russian video with regressive element hooligans.
Think "foul mouthed rap"
PS: There is a lot of russian rap that is not profane and borders on poetic.
