Pictures from yesterday's ride. I hope everyone enjoys these. Riding and seeing the pictures therefrom usually feels stress reducing to me.
Well, we always start at Upriver Dam. Yesterday, a man was down by the river and a woman was pestering him from up at the top where I parked. Apparently, they had a loose dog. The woman was giving insistent instructions. She didn't want the man to allow the dog to get into the river and be swept away and/or frozen. The current probably isn't that dangerous as yet, especially right here below the dam. I don't think it is cold enough to freeze a dog quickly. I don't know whether they succeeded, but it sounded as though the dog didn't want to be caught very much:
Lots of people out walking. The late risers, myself included; I didn't get started till 11:00:
A little blue sky, which disappeared quickly without a trace:
The view from the favorite bench:
And, of course, the trike along with the view:
Trail narrows:
Downriver from second favorite bench:
Upriver from second favorite bench:

I think I remember dancing to this, or something like this back in the day. I think. Well, there's quite a bit I *don't* remember from back then.... That's another (long) story that is undoubtedly FULL of misinformation. More misinformation - I could dance. LOL
