Bass shops in London?

I recommend the Bass Cellar on Denmark street. I was there in February for work and headed over there to stretch my fingers. The guy on staff was most friendly (forget his name) and I got to try a number of basses I've never played before. I'm a lefty and they had may lefties to choose from.

Highly, highly recommended.!

Bass gallery in Camden is 100% the place to go it's a great shop, Denmark st is alright its worth a trip cause its pretty much only music shops on the street but theres not really much for bass, theres a vintage collectors shop that 'Steve Clark' was talking about which has that 66 jazz bass, and a mint condition B-15. there is also a bass only shop on Denmark st that i forget the name of but i wasn't that impressed with their stock, it has nothing on the Bass gallery.

I've played a 1977 4001 Rickenbacker through the B15 in this shop, also this winter when I traveled to London for the London bass show. Yes the B15 was in mint condition, now I understand JimmyM!!!

When i was there i asked how much they wanted for it and they told me 'it's not for sale, it sells basses for us, its like a member of staff' This upset me a lot, it was in perfect condition.
