Nearly all tremolo pedals work perfectly on bass. There might be one or two that aren't so great, but generally you do not need to look for a "bass" tremolo.
On my board I have an Earthquaker Devices Hummingbird II and an Iron Ether Cygnet on the way. On top of that, my Red Witch Moon Phaser has a tremolo mode and my Ring Thing can pull off a good swampy trem too... I'm also kind of interested in "The Looker" as well for a stereo ping-pong trem.
I had the Pulsar for a while, and it's a good trem.
I'm currently using the Black Cat Mini Trem, and couldn't be happier. I really like the double-time switch on it, allowing me to use the trem kind of like how one would speed up a leslie cab. It's the one pedal you will see on all of my boards.
