I know I'm going to get some strong opinions about this, but to me, the bass uke nomenclature is very clear, the generic name to use is bass uke, not uke bass. Bass uke follows the established naming of ukuleles; soprano uke (not uke soprano), concert uke (not uke concert), tenor uke (not uke tenor), baritone uke (not uke baritone). How uke bass started is strange to me. And the name U-Bass is strictly Kala's name for their bass uke, which really shouldn't be used as a generic.
