I've never seen one. Best I can recommend is to use the "search" function here on TB, "completed auction" search on E-bay, and / or user reviews.

THe BLue Book of Electric Guitars covers a lot of the more popular, but certainly not all, bass guitars. Still it is a useful reference and combined with eBay, etc (as suggested) will assist in getting values.
Ebay- what "real" on the street prices are. Dealer charge more but some have huge Crack pipe prices, others are pretty fair.
I find though that a lot of their cardinal rules do go in the real world-
re-fin - half the price
I think Ebay has changed the dealer world forever. But on the downside you loose the garage sale finds, as everyone can now find the real value of something today.
