Basses with 3+ Magnetic Pickups?

So howsaboutit? I know there's Bootsy' Washburn custom with 5 J's, as well as TB member Atomicant's Sheehanesque thingy.

I remember seeing a pic in Bass Player about a year ago of a guy with a J+J+P+HB setup.

Pics would be spectacular, thanks. I'm thinking of starting a project like this, and would love to see what else is out there!

I think he was looking for basses with more than 2 pickups, not pickups with >2 coils....

Nope.

It had four.

The three in the front, and then one mounted in the back and covered...used as a dummy coil.

Dave Meros' Rickenbacker has four pickups, two in the J-positions, and two in the standard Ric positions.
