It's generally a mod ($70-100 depending on where you get them) that a 'production' maker is not going to do as all it does it add cost to the bass and as it is a relatively simple thing to do aftermarket if you can use a screwdriver.
THIS is why.
Very few basses have these off the rack because it's an absolute cake walk to install them.
Beyond the basses already mentioned, the upgraded Peavey Millennium 4 Plus and 4 Plus BN had this as a standard feature.
Just get a wrench, screw driver, duct tape, kerosene, a blow torch, and call it good.
