Trying to find some basses with these switches. I know a few G and L basses have these and some musicman basses (i think) have them. Anyone know of anymore? thanks!

Fenders with S-1 option, once came stock.
It is a $10 mod on most instruments, so I don't really pay attention to instruments that have it stock.
Actually, the Peavy "mystery" switch is a in/out of phase switch that only works when both pickups are on.I may be wrong. As it's been more then a decade since I last fiddled around with one, but the Peavey T-40's, I believe, had series/parallel switching.
(First time posting, for what it's worth.)
Lovely bass! The ZON Sonus 5/1 that I had made for me in 1999 (with a single, passive volume control, no preamp or other controls , such as tone roll off) was sent back to ZON for some work on it. While there, Joe added a second pickup, between the neck and existing pickup; he replaced the original Seymour Duncan humbucker with two Bartolini MK 1 (?) pickups as he could not get another SD pickup, any longer.
Yep, there aren't many, but it's a super easy mod with a single pot change or addition of a switch. It's a very useful mod for any J-bass as it brings in a tone very similar to a p-bass. Not so useful on a P-bass.

Agree. I've got a P with S1 switch. After the switch is engaged, the volume drops a lot, but the tone is not so impressive.
