Battlebots

Is this like a Robot Wars reboot or something? Anyways, I loved RW back when it was on Comedy Central until everyone started using wedge shaped robots and it got stale. Hope they limit those somehow, it really killed the other show for me.
It sort of is. I don't know the details, but RW got all wrapped up with courts and lawyers and a lot of the people involved left. Battlebots was put together by some that stayed.
The big thing now is spinners, both horizontal and vertical. They now allow drones and minis.

Gotcha. I was always more of a RW kinda guy but both were a blast to watch... well until the wedge takeover.

Yeah, I liked RW better back then too, although the host doing the redneck shtick was a little weird.

The caught tonights episode. I was not expecting the outcome of poison arrow and Son of Wyatchi

Yep. Whyachi was my pick for sure. But I knew it was doomed at the start of the show when the announcers said 'Whyachi in the finals is inevitable' or something like that.

Now it's up to Bronco, hopefully he can flip Tombstone into oblivion this time!

Somebody jump on this and make a pedalboard or something out of it!

Somebody is willing to pay $305 for a busted up loser robot? Okay.
