Hello all,
i'm currently in the process of building the Albert Kreuzer pre-amp. Today i built the eq section (slightly differently) however on testing i found the cut-off frequencies were a little low, well... for the treble anyway.. Basically, does anyone know how to work out new values for the treble and bass on my eq because the treble is attenuating too much when cut and the Fc of it goes to pretty much the same point as the Fc of the Middle... i would like to move the bass Fc up a bit aswell.. however i don't know which Resister and Cap are responsible for the treble or bass. I know i want to be using 1/2*pi*R*C but it seems that everything will probably need to be jiggered as it kinda looks like each part (bass, mid, treb) alters the other part slightly.... hope that makes sense...
anyway.. i'm using the following schematic, but instead of the op-amp mentioned i'm using a TL072, and also instead of 500KOhm pot i'm using a 100KOhm...
thanks in advance,
