US: West Bay Area Winter 2019 GTG

Subbed! I’m in the South Bay, but have family in Sebastopol- so that would be a convenient spot for me. Have also been intending to check out the Crooked Goat, as my other job is small scale farming hops for beer (currently farming 1/4 acre Cascade hops), and I’m pretty sure the CG is somehow affiliated with the hop growers association I’m a member of... they had at least one meeting there, anyway. I’ve been wanting to check it out!

My schedule is a little iffy in March, but if I can make it I’ll chip in! I can bring my Birdsong Hy5.

I'm interested, as well. I'm currently in exile in the central valley, due to insane North Bay housing market, but I'm a Sonoma/Marin guy from way back. Was gonna recomend Phil Lesh`s place, in San Rafael, but the Russian River is cool, too.
I dare say - doing it at Phil's place would be Really Cool. I'd brave SF traffic and the GG bridge for that!

Are get togethers like this only for experienced bass players? I'm a newbie that's just starting lessons and it seems like spending a day just soaking up what I see other players doing might be good for me.
