BB605 Prices

Can anybody tell me what the street prices were on BB605s were when they were new? I know they tend to be good deals used, but I want an idea of the original new price. I'm guessing they cost about the same as mid to upper mid level Ibanezes of that era.

One person who did a review for Harmony Central in 2003 said they were running $550 new at the time. That sounds pretty good, but $100-$150 more would have been reasonable also.

Here's a nice review from a really great TB'er. He listed it at $650CDN, so guess $550US would have been about right when this was a new bass.

The bottom line is that even new these basses were a fantastic deal.
