BBE BMax preamp

I recently bought a BBE preamp they are USA made and come from California... I also recently had a problem with a used ASAT I bought and sent it back to G&L for repairs.., the return address on the box Says BBE are they owned by G&L ?.. Also G&L went above and beyond on repairin my bass ,,, They treated it as if I bought the guitar new and it was under warranty... They really care about the G&L brand.

Vice-versa. When Leo passed, ownership and control went to BBE Sound.

Also G&L went above and beyond on repairin my bass ,,, They treated it as if I bought the guitar new and it was under warranty... They really care about the G&L brand.

They do that on a semi-regular basis.
