Hammer, chisel, angle grinder, orbital sander, detail sander, and elbow grease. Sprinkle in a few breaks to cuss at the work and you're golden!!

I for sure got that last part down.

I picked up a few rotary tool carving bits from my local woodworking store. They don't carry "Saburr" brand, but they did have a different brand, that other than being blue looked the same. I grabbed a flame and a sphere bit -

Gonna give those a try.
