MXR block phase 90 is my go-to, favorite phaser.... and since MXR won't release a phaser with ramping features, I keep buying other phasers to find my next favorite.

I know the Larva is a 6 stage, not a 4 -- but, can it cop block 90 tones (especially with that gritty PRE knob)? Any thoughts/opinions on the Larva phaser?

I really dig it. I think it can, with a reasonable rate and lowish depth and resonance. The ramp feature is really cool, especially if you want a totally different setting for phaser #2. The catch is that you can't change between A and B sides for different effect types (phaser, vibe, preamp). Both A and B have to be the same type of effect.
