Beginner Lessons - Boston, Metro SouthWest

I was recently asked to teach a friend's son the bass. I have NO teaching chops for the bass whatsoever, and it would be a great disservice for me to even try.

I'd much prefer to recommend a good teacher. And once the son gets going in the right direction on the instrument, I'd be happy to sit with them and show them stuff that I do.

I'm sure what I do is not the right place to start.
