Ed Fuqua's book (Walking Bassics) is great, and Ed's a frequent (and frequently amusing) contributor here.
For those (like me) at the @$$-end of the world, it's availability as a legal digital edition, from diesel e-books IIRC, was a boon; the mp3s are available from Sher as a download for no additional cost.

I really like the Fuqua book. Its clearly laid out and doesn't require you to go into thumb alot like the Rufus book.
Google "walking bass line transcription" -- you'll find one or two

As noted above, Ed Fuqua's book is available as an e-book, as is one by Chuck Bianchi (Walking Basslines) through BassBooks.com -- these both have transcriptions of bass lines recorded on accompanying mp3s.
