Best Amp for Both Upright and Electric?

Hey all,

I'm looking for a new amp, and was wondering if you had any suggestions. I play both electric and upright pretty equally, and though I've got amps that work well for one or the other, I want to find one that sounds good with either.

Any suggestions?

The best amplified upright tone I've gotten to date has been through my old Glockenklang Soul head. I can hear & feel everything I do, even when I'm a little soft in the mix. It sounds pretty sweet for electric, too, as long as you don't exceed the somewhat modest power rating. I love having the second input with a variable pad - very handy for doubling. (It's a bit quirky - and independent level control for each input would make life easier. In ways good and bad, this thing is like the Porsche of bass amps.)
I'll be curious to hear what others have to say.

I picked up a Bergantino B/Amp because of its transparency, powerful EQ, and ability to have 3 separate settings for different basses. I use a fretless and a fretted and it's awesome to be able to switch tones at the push of a button. Also has the antifeedback feature.

I’m using an EA doubler II. The big things for me were the switchable HPF and variable notch filter on the double bass channel. It sounds great with electric bass too, though I mostly use it for upright.
