I wanted to try out 5ers. I ended finding an ibanez SR505 in a pawnshop for 200 Canadian imperial credits of the realm. It needed a lot of dna removal and a new set of strings. But a great bass
Used is your friend. Most of my basses were bought used. More value for the money. Just have to be extra careful in checking it over
