Best Combo Amp for Blues / Classic Rock

I'm looking to buy a new combo amp somewhere in the 150-300 watt range. I mainly play blues and classic rock. I'm looking for a solid combo amp that has that "classic" tone.

Any recommendations?

What you are describing would be the bare minimum needed to jam with a guitarist and drummer (unless they play at a modest volume - but then it wouldn't be blues and classic rock!). The Fender Rumble 200 vIII will get you there with the tone you are looking for, as will the Ampeg BA115 v2, and the GK MB115 vII. You'll get considerably more performance by checking out CL and the local GC for used gear. Look for gear that has been well taken care of - if it looks beat it probably is. Here are a couple of examples worth checking out: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] and [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] Good luck!
