Best EQ/Tone Pedal for £150 ($217)

Im looking for something to give my sound a bit of a boost and colour, i dont know too much about effects, and want something reliable and simple, i was thinking of the:


MXR Bass DI M80

MXR 6 band eq

Boss Ge-7 EQ Pedal

hartke bass attack pedal

Any color/tone in particular that you're after? There are a fair amount of tone shaping pedals in your price range.

I feel the urge to mention the Barber Linden EQ for tone enhancement and some EQ control. Brand new at $150, but can be found used closer to $110.

But if you want clean sound/control, the MXR 10-band is a great choice.

Since the OP is "local" to [sfx], check out some of Max's stuff.

The B3 and Micro EQ are small in size. Max builds fantastic pedals.
